When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered based on the shipping option chosen during checkout.

All orders are prepared within 48 business hours starting from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sales, promotions or new collection launches and it may take up to 5-7 business days. If you think your order is delayed, you can contact us at info@IbizaBijoux.com.

Remember that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Black friday, Christmas, etc)

Sant Laia is not responsible for any delivery delays or missing packages once it is in possession of the third party carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, any currier or similar service)

Sant Laia will always, to the best of their abilities and in good faith, help the customer with any issue that may arise at any given occasion in regards to the delivery of goods.

Sant Laia accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

How is shipping handled?

All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and all international orders are shipped via UPS or Specific country courriers.

International customers are responsible for all duty and taxes associated with the importation of merchandise.Sant Laia is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen while in transit. If you would like a signature requirement to be added your shipment, please email us at info@ibizabijoux.com

We offer 3 different shipping options:

  • Standard 3-4 business days: $8.5
  • Express 1-2 business days: $15
  • UPS Next day Air: Calculated at checkout depending on shipping address. (All UPS Next Day Air orders must be placed before 12 pm EST in order to ship the same day, otherwise, it will ship first thing in the morning the next day)

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $180 on domestic orders only. 

Orders of $180 or more that have enjoyed free shipping will have a fee of $‌7.5 in concept of management fees, in case of return or exchange of the order.  

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. From this email you will be able to track your order.  

How are taxes handled?

Taxes are calculated for customers buying from the state of Florida.  Orders shipped to a Florida address get a 7% tax rate. Orders shipped outside of Florida have no taxes.
