Yes, all Sant Laia items come in an Sant Laia pouch or box. If you'd like to get it wrapped for a gift, please state so in the Comment section of the check-out page.
Can I place an order by phone?

How is shipping handled?
All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and all international orders are shipped via UPS or Specific country courriers.
International customers are responsible for all duty and taxes associated with the importation of merchandise.Sant Laia is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen while in transit. If you would like a signature requirement to be added your shipment, please email us at hello@santlaia.com
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $300 on domestic orders only.
Orders of $300 or more that have enjoyed free shipping will have a fee of $8.5 in concept of management fees, in case of return or exchange of the order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is prepared, you will receive an email with a tracking number (based on the shipping option chosen during checkout) to track your order. If you don’t receive this email, feel free to contact us at hello@santlaia.com.
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered based on the shipping option chosen during checkout.
All orders are prepared within 48 business hours starting from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sales, promotions or new collection launches and it may take up to 5-7 business days. If you think your order is delayed, you can contact us at hello@santlaia.com.
Remember that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Black friday, Christmas, etc)
Sant Laia is not responsible for any delivery delays or missing packages once it is in possession of the third party carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, any currier or similar service)
Sant Laia will always, do the best of their abilities and in good faith, help the customer with any issue that may arise at any given occasion in regards to the delivery of goods.
Can I amend my order?

How are taxes handled?
Taxes are calculated for customers buying from the state of Florida. Orders shipped to a Florida address get a 7% tax rate. Orders shipped outside of Florida have no taxes.
