All international orders ship within 1-2 days from the day the order was placed, excluding holidays and weekends.

All Economy International Flar Rate orders take from 6-12 business days from the moment they are shipped from our warehouse in Miami. Duties and taxes are included in this flat rate price.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING - CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
Domestic shipping time varies. We take 1-2 business days for an order to ship from our warehouse. These times may vary depending on high seasons like a launch of a new collection, sales or promotions. The times for an order to be shipped vary from 2-5 business days during high season.

IN WHICH CASES CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
If you're not happy with your item, ordered a big size or simply need to exchange it, you can request a return!
In any case, the products that will be exchanged or returned must have the tag the item comes with and be in pristine conditions, show no evident signs of being used, or else no exchange or return will be carried out. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive to SANT LAIA in perfect conditions. If you have trouble finding a suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.
The time window in which you can exchange or return an item lasts 7 days, starting from the day the order is delivered.
To place a return or exchange please email us stating the order number and reason for return or exchange to hello@santlaia.com.
USA: Returns and exchanges within the USA will be made through USPS. Order receipt must be inside package when making a return or an exchange.
After the package arrives to our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email, informing you that the return or exchange was accepted, and the amount will be sent to your account in about 2-3 business days. You will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase, through a refund processed by PayPal or a return in your credit card.
SANT LAIA won’t be held responsible for any misplaced packages, and it will be the client’s responsibility to make sure the package arrives to our facilities in perfect conditions.
